No meter running

Some answering services charge you by the minute, so the busier you get, the more you pay to have your own calls answered. We do not. You pay one price for the month and Daisy answers everything.

Never per minute

A busy week should be good news, not a bigger bill. You pay the same whether Daisy takes ten calls or a hundred.

One monthly price

Billed per business, not per call and not per seat. You know exactly what it costs before the month starts.

No surprise invoice

No overage, no metered add-ons creeping up. The number on the plan is the number you pay, plus VAT.

Founding client pricing

Monthly rolling. Cancel any time. Your number, your tracked numbers and your data are always yours to take with you, including on the day you leave. Prices exclude VAT.

The whole office

Ads, content and payment collection run for you alongside the front desk, from £1,500 a month, priced on the scope of your business. For firms that want the phone, the marketing and the money side handled in one place.

Talk about the whole office

What is the return for a one-van business?

It comes down to two numbers: what an average job is worth to you, and how many calls you currently miss. The plan does not have to save many jobs to pay for itself.

  • 34% of UK tradespeople say they have lost work because they could not get to the phone, and 60% struggle to answer while they are on a job (Fix Radio survey of UK tradespeople).

  • 72% of people are likely to go with the business that responds first, so a missed call is usually a job that goes to whoever answered (Moneypenny 2026 research).

We break the full sum down in what a missed call actually costs a UK tradesperson. Or run the sum on your own numbers with the 60-second missed-call check.

One recovered job most months covers the plan. Your numbers will differ - this is an illustration to show how the sum works, not a promise of results.

No lock-in

Everything is yours, including on the day you leave

There is no long contract and no exit fee. If Callyard stops being useful, you cancel, and you walk away with your phone number, your tracked numbers, your booked-job history and your call data intact. We would rather keep earning the next month than trap you in this one.

  • Monthly rolling, cancel any time
  • Keep your number and any tracked numbers
  • Take your booked-job history and call data with you
  • No exit fee, no data held hostage

Pricing questions

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price billed per business, not per minute and not per call. A busy week never costs you more, so you never have to worry about letting Daisy answer the phone.

Front Desk Lite has no setup fee for founding clients. Front Desk has a £499 setup and Growth Engine £1,995, which covers getting Daisy configured for your trade, your service area and your diary, and (on Growth) rebuilding your website. All prices exclude VAT.

Most one-to-five-person firms start on Front Desk Lite or Front Desk. If you just need the phone answered and jobs booked, Lite is enough. If you also want quotes chased, reviews requested and a weekly report of which marketing paid, that is Front Desk. Growth Engine is for firms that want us to run their website and ads as well. You can move up or down later.

No long tie-in. Callyard is monthly rolling and you can cancel any time. We would rather earn the next month by being useful than lock you in.

Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate on your invoice.

You keep them. Your phone number, any tracked numbers we set up, your booked-job history and your call data are yours to take with you, including on the day you cancel. That portability is the point, and it is why we do not need a tie-in.

You can hear Daisy take a live call right now on the demo, before you spend anything. When you are ready, create your account and our setup assistant walks you through getting Daisy ready for your business. Nothing goes live until a human at Callyard has reviewed your setup and you have approved every word. Prefer it done for you? Ask on the get-started form and we set it up instead.

More questions about how Daisy works are answered on the main FAQ.
