Set up call divert
Keep your existing mobile number. These codes send only the calls you miss, cannot answer or receive without signal to your Callyard number.
Start with the shortest timer
A caller who hangs up before the divert starts never reaches Callyard. Use the shortest timer your network accepts so Daisy has the best chance to answer before they give up.
Choose your mobile network
Replace +44XXXXXXXXXX with your Callyard number. Drop the first 0 and start it with +44.

**61*+44XXXXXXXXXX*11*5#- Line busy
**67*+44XXXXXXXXXX#- No signal or phone off
**62*+44XXXXXXXXXX#
5 seconds is the shortest documented setting. If EE holds your line at a fixed delay, keep the shortest setting it accepts.
EE also lets you manage conditional diverts in your phone settings or by calling 150. Pay as you go plans may only support voicemail diverts.

Turn off Wi-Fi before dialling. If the code is rejected, use Phone, Settings, Call Forwarding and set No answer, Busy and Unreachable there.

Make one test call
- 1. Use another phone to ring your usual business number.
- 2. Let it ring without answering.
- 3. Check that the call reaches Daisy at the delay you set.
A success message after dialling a code is not enough. The test call proves the divert is active on your line.
