Ask for a pause or cancellation and confirm what happens next.

Email hello@callyard.co.uk from the address you use for Callyard. Say whether you want a temporary pause or to cancel, and ask us to confirm the effective date and any billing consequences for your agreement.
Keep calls reaching the right place
Do not assume that sending a request has changed your phone's call forwarding. Before the service stops, ask your phone provider for the steps to remove the divert to Callyard on your particular mobile or landline. Tell them whether you want unanswered calls to reach your voicemail. Contact us if you need help identifying the Callyard destination.
Follow your provider's removal instructions, then test your normal business number from a different phone. Check both a call you answer and a call you leave unanswered. Confirm each reaches the destination you agreed before the service stops or you rely on it for customers.
Before the service stops
- Ask us to confirm when Daisy will stop handling calls.
- Check what happens to any outstanding bookings or enquiries you still need to action.
- Tell us if you need a copy of your records. We will confirm the appropriate process and any identity checks.
A pause, an alert switch and a cancellation are different things. Turning off app notifications only stops those alerts; it does not cancel Callyard or change call forwarding.
