Change what Daisy says
Update your hours, prices and service area, then check the save result.
Last reviewed: 29 September 2026
Daisy should describe the business you run today: your hours, prices, service area and when a call needs you. Owners and staff can open Settings from the signed-in dashboard.
Before your business goes live
Your setup assistant collects the answers Daisy needs. Save your changes there and send the completed setup for review. Saving answers is not the same as turning the phone service on.
Change your details in Settings
- Open Business to update your service area, working hours and prices.
- Open Daisy to change her speaking style and the handover phrase that should bring a call to you. Her name is set when your account is built; email us to change it.
- Open Notifications for the alert preferences available to your business.
Use plain business facts. The form shows a message if an answer needs changing. Review your entries, press Save, then read the result before leaving the page.
Saved does not always mean live
Settings distinguishes a saved change from an update that has reached Daisy. If it says the update is not live, do not assume callers will hear the new information. Contact us if the result is unclear. Do not repeatedly save the same change to force it through.
Your Help area shows whether the current saved settings match the last recorded update to Daisy. That is a useful check, but not a live test of the phone line.
Something outside the settings form?
Email hello@callyard.co.uk with the change you need. Do not send passwords, caller recordings or personal details in the message. We can help you find the right place to make the change.
